Serious, Animated, Stoned, Cautious, Tired,
all the expressions making your mouth curl up on one end.
A smirk forms on your face, studying the characters in full view.
Listening to their conversations, the sound of their laughter, the couples cuddling, and concentrated frowns of other bystanders, you are bewildered by the overwhelming amusement in the surroundings of a train cart.
Scanning every individual, you forget that the lens on the glasses does not prevent people from noticing your analytical glances.
Activity! No scratch that. Activities would be a better choice.
Noise! No that too. More like a noisy environment?
Movement at the corner of your eye in every direction you turn.
What would the world look like if everyone kept still, and silent, not engaging in any form of activity?
Would it look like the scene of the brutal faceless nurses in silent hill?
Would it feel dark?
Curiosity sparked as you indulge in the anatomy of human behaviour.
Is it by personality or upbringing?
Are we truly who we think we are or are we made to be who we are?
As questions bombard the neurotic senses, people notice you have been observing them.
They look at you.
You stop in your tracks and return a glance with a lost expression making them turn away.
But you still feel someone watching with cold eyes stabbing you from your blind spot.
Stop! You wonder as suddenly the activities around you seize.
People are not moving as much except for trying not to fall.
It seems to be synchronized like a dance at a masquerade themed ball.
Everything slows down except for you and time.
You feel the areas around you turn grey, leaving you the only one in a spectrum of colours.
Amazed at how life had just slowed down for you but not time.
Life becomes as complicated yet clear almost similar to the meaning of a painting in an art exhibition.
Then, snap!
Jolting awake as your journey has reached its end, at your destination.
